This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money is remarkable, with affordable prices for such a fantastic experience. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is evident, from the well-maintained rooms to the excellent service provided by the staff. Speaking of the staff, they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. One aspect we particularly loved was the location of the hotel, nestled right up in the mountains at the central ski area. It was incredibly convenient to have a ski field right at our front door, allowing us to hit the slopes with ease. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served each morning, providing us with the energy to make the most of our days. All in all, this hotel offered a fantastic experience that we couldn't have asked for.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel nestled in the beautiful Shiga Kogen area. As soon as I arrived, I was captivated by the serene surroundings and the promise of a peaceful getaway. The rooms are old and dated. the staff are untrained and unhelpful, and the food is expensive and average.

We found the hotel's location convenient as it offers easy access to the slopes. its proximity to the main area made it an ideal choice during the early part of the season. We were glad that it was just a short distance from Nagano station, which made our commute hassle-free. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food that we enjoyed, and the room was spacious and clean, with an impressive view of the surrounding area.
